A strict inspection workflow is the core of Yachuangxinke's quality control system. To ensure that customers buy with confidence and use with peace of mind, every inspection step we define is carried out effectively. We have an advanced inspection workflow, professional test equipment and, most importantly, experienced IQC engineers whose conscientious attitude guarantees that our customers receive world-class goods.
Step 1 Visual Inspection
Every incoming shipment is visually inspected and a detailed inspection record is kept.
Manufacturer, manufacturer part number, quantity, date code and RoHS compliance.
Packaging check — whether the packaging is intact and complete, and whether the packaging materials meet the applicable MSL requirements.
Marking inspection and consistency check against the manufacturer's datasheet and documentation.
Appearance inspection — dust, pin deformation and any sign of oxidation on the pins.
HS code verification against the invoice and packing list.
Step 2 Engineer Re-inspection
Any material flagged during visual inspection, or supplied through a channel that is not a Tier-1 supplier in our system, goes through engineer re-inspection.
Re-run of the visual inspection process
Manufacturer labels and markings checked against the quality control database
Barcode scanning verification
Lot number, date code and wafer/assembly origin verified with the manufacturer
Basic electrical parameter test
Step 3 Quality Testing
Any goods that cannot be confirmed during engineer re-inspection enter the quality testing process.
Solderability test
D-CAP analysis
Decapsulation analysis
Electrical parameter consistency test
Manufacturer test report
