We grade suppliers into four tiers — manufacturers, authorised distributors, contract manufacturers / EMS providers, and suppliers with annual turnover above RMB 100 million and third-party certification (ERAI, IDEA, ISO) — and prioritise them accordingly.

Purchase Orders
Every qualified supplier of ours must pass the following checks:
1. Supplier risk rating (scale, location, order-taking capability).
2. Cooperation history rating (past delivery performance).
3. Whether the supplier can provide a packing list, invoice and other relevant documents.
4. Whether the supplier can provide the manufacturer's COC (Certificate of Conformance).
