Data Management
A strict quality control workflow is how Yachuangxinke makes sure customers receive zero-defect products, and a powerful IT system with a real-time quality control database is the strongest possible backstop. Detailed records of every incoming and outgoing shipment are uploaded to the database and archived, including:
A quality control sheet recording full incoming inspection data
• Retained samples, archived
• Photographic archive of incoming goods documentation
• Photographic archive of outgoing goods documentation
• Records of non-conforming goods, with the case escalated to the supplier audit and grading process
• Archive of test methods and analysis reports
• Archive of manufacturer contacts
• We also run regular training courses and experience-sharing sessions for our inspection engineers, so that their expertise keeps pace with the industry.

Data Operations
Quality is our most basic promise to customers. We supply only manufacturer-original, factory-sealed goods that strictly meet the manufacturer's technical standards, and in line with ISO quality control requirements we achieve the following for 100% of incoming and outgoing material:
• The component and its packaging are checked strictly against the manufacturer's technical data
• The component and its packaging are checked against our internal database
• Basic performance is measured, and photographs of incoming parts are kept in the database
• On customer request, function and environmental compliance are tested together with our third-party partner, CEPREI Laboratory (China Saibao), and a formal electronic test report is issued
